If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by shipping it back. You may also cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. This policy does not apply for digital products, customised products or clearance items.

Email hello@kindcards.online with your order number and reason for return to receive your return authorisation. If item is defective (photographic evidence required), we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.

Returns are not accepted 30 days from shipment date.

Returns are only accepted if the item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging and condition.

To cancel an order, please contact Kind Cards as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you.

Please allow up to four weeks for your refund to return to your bank account: this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
